Valentines Day Special: Champagne Cocktail and Strawberry Shortcake Skewers
Valentines Day is almost here and for those of you who want to do something special for their special someone nothing could be easier than this 2 for 1 combo!
First you booze you love up with this easy and yet fancy champagne cocktail made with muddled raspberries, Chamboard and Amaretto liquors. Sweet and fizzy you'll have them eating out of the palm of your hand which is good because the strawberry skewers are next!
Then you assemble the skewers. Kids you literally don't have to make anything! You chop up some strawberries and some pre-made pound cake. The only thing you'll have to put your back into will be microwaving some chocolate to drizzle on your skewers. It's crazy how impressive these look and how fast they take to make.
My friend Matt came over to help me make these and while we couldn't stop laughing I assure you you'll be done WELL before we were! This is a quick and easy recipe made for the cooking challenged!
