Reluctant Housewife: Veggie Pizza

This is by far one of the easiest and most delicious pizza's you're gonna make. When you want to make use of the veggie's you've bought that week but are sick of the same old stir fry this is a great way to make something healthy and get you out of a rut!

Cauliflower or broccoli and kale crust
1 Zucchini thinly sliced
5 Mushrooms diced
Parmesan cheese grated
Salt and pepper to taste
Follow the instructions on the box of your pre-made crust to preheat your oven.
Place crust in oven upside down on a cookie sheet for 10-12 minutes to help with crispiness.
Take crust out of oven and flip over. Sprinkle cheese on top, enough to cover the crust. Place zucchini and mushrooms down in any kind of pattern you'd like and then sprinkle a little more cheese on top of them.
Sprinkle chopped garlic, about one clove, on top. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Place in oven and bake for another 10-12 minutes.
Serve it fresh and hot!
