Reluctant Housewife: Roasted Peaches with Bourbon Whip Cream

Happy end of Summer guys! Do I have the perfect end of summer into fall dessert for you! Naturally peaches and bourbon go hand in hand like peas and carrots, so I'm bringing you the easiest and yummiest peach and bourbon recipe ever!
If you're looking for a quick recipe for date night, girls night or just Wednesday night this is it! It takes all of fifteen minutes to make the peaches and whip cream from scratch. What else can you make this decadent in such little time and with around five ingredients?

Roasted Peaches with Bourbon Whip Cream
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp brown sugar
dash of cinnamon
Makers Mark or bourbon of your choice
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp confectioners sugar
Set you oven to 400 degrees.
Take your peach and cut the in half discarding the pit. Set aside.
Cover a sheet tray with tinfoil. Add a tbsp of butter about four inches apart from each other per half of peach. Add a tbsp of brown sugar on top of your butter. Place peach half cut side down on top of butter. Bake for fifteen minutes.
Add your heavy whipping cream to a bowl. Whip with an electric mixer on high until cream starts to thicken and holds a shape.
Add 1 tbsp of Maker's Mark bourbon and 2 tbsp confectioner sugar. Whip on high until you see high peaks and your cream begins to fold. It should be able to hold a peak when it's done.
Take you peaches out and let them cool for about ten minutes. Add a dollop of whip cream to them and a dash of cinnamon and enjoy!
