Roasted Peaches with Bourbon Whip Cream

1 peach

2 tbsp butter

2 tbsp brown sugar

dash of cinnamon

Makers Mark or bourbon of your choice

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

2 tbsp confectioners sugar

Set you oven to 400 degrees.

Take your peach and cut the in half discarding the pit. Set aside.

Cover a sheet tray with tinfoil. Add a tbsp of butter about four inches apart from each other per half of peach. Add a tbsp of brown sugar on top of your butter. Place peach half cut side down on top of butter. Bake for fifteen minutes.

Add your heavy whipping cream to a bowl. Whip with an electric mixer on high until cream starts to thicken and holds a shape.

Add 1 tbsp of Maker's Mark bourbon and 2 tbsp confectioner sugar. Whip on high until you see high peaks and your cream begins to fold. It should be able to hold a peak when it's done.

Take you peaches out and let them cool for about ten minutes. Add a dollop of whip cream to them and a dash of cinnamon and enjoy!
