Reluctant Housewife: Pumpkin Brownies
First of all, I'm not one to suggest using a cake mix. But, on the rare occasion it can really turn into your best friend.
I've made myself some amazing brownies before from scratch and I tell you what they tasted just as good as a box. So, with that said I'm using a box of brownies for this recipe. I also love a good chocolate cake from a box. No shame. It's just as good.
Then on top of that forget roasting a pumpkin (although, last weeks episode I did and it's actually really easy) grab yourself some pumpkin puree. Just delicious. Follow the directions on your brownie box, get creative with some holiday spices and you have it!

3/4 can of pumpkin puree
1 boxed brownie mix
egg(s) (use the directions on the back of your box)
1 carton of chocolate humus or chocolate frosting.
Cinnamon and nutmeg to taste
Preheat your oven to the temperature your brownie mix says.
Mix together in a medium bowl 3/4 can of pumpkin puree, your egg(s), brownie mix and cinnamon and nutmeg to taste.
Transfer to a greased pan.
Bake for the time allotted on the box. Let cool and even transfer to your fridge to cool thoroughly. Frost and serve!
