Reluctant Housewife: Five Minute Pasta Sauce
So, you're out of pasta sauce and your kids are screaming and now so are you.
Not to fear! Whether it's just you at home having a melt down or your entire family in quarantine I've got you covered! My (literal) five minute pasta sauce is here to the rescue. You only need some tomatoes, olive oil, salt and pepper and garlic in a blender and you're good to go!

Five Minute Pasta Sauce
2 medium size tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
salt, pepper and dried oregano to taste
*makes two servings
Start by boiling water. Make a thin slice on the surface of your tomatoes. This allows the skin to come off when they are in the boiling water.
Once the water is boiling add tomatoes and let them cook until the skins come off. About 2-3 minutes. You can blend them with the skin on or off.
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately or save for later! Lasts about three days.
