Okay, we're all stress eating and sitting on couch island for the majority of the day which sucks. In a lot of ways it's been amazing to feel no guilt binging out favorite shows, taking endless naps that glide into each other, eating whatever and whenever not feeling the guilt of your co-workers wondering how you actually finished a whole box of crackers in a two day period. Yup. Some of it's been pretty blissful.
But, it's time to get our act in order.
I don't know about you but my body physically hurts when I don't work out. It's this really crappy catch-22 I have that makes it impossible to not work out. Well, unless I want all of my joints to hurt. But, even when I don't get the chance to work out a few times a week I can rely on walking normally in my daily life and that helps. Well, no more for us! The most walking I'm doing now is around my house. I truly understand what my cats feel like now and it sucks.
Because we're urged to stay at home now runs, walks and hikes are really out of the question. But, I've found some awesome resources to get a real work out at home that'll make you feel not as bad eating the cinnamon rolls you just made on a Zoom party with your friends.

Yoga Vibe is located in West Hollywood and Los Feliz and while I've been going to this studio for years I've been attending at least three times a week for the last year. After quarantine hit they quickly adapted and starting Zoom classes with a $5 drop in fee! $5 you guys! The instructors are legit, you'll get your sweat on and feel like you're in a yoga studio that seriously cares about your body and your mind.
