Reluctant Housewife: Frozen Yogurt Fruit Bites



When you've been working out like a beast or simply trying to curb that late night sweet treat this is the perfect way to feel like you're getting your froyo fix on demand!

Make them ahead of time for easy popping. This is by far one of the easiest recipes ever. If you can put yogurt and fruit together you can make this!

Frozen Yogurt Fruit Bites

Greek Vanilla Yogurt

Honey or Agave

Frozen or thawed fruit

Mini muffin tin

Scoop three large scoops (about 2 1/2 cups) of yogurt into a bowl. Add about 1 tbsp of honey. Mix together.

Line a mini muffin tin with muffin liners. Add a small scoop of yogurt to one muffin slot. Add a berry. Add another small scoop of yogurt on top. Then add another berry. Do that eleven more times.

Put tray into your freeze for two hours. Ready to eat when you are afterwards! They'll last for about two weeks. Feel free to cover them or not. Enjoy!
