Santa Hat Cheesecake Bites
Buy a pre-made cheesecake-- or bake your own. Whatever your skill or energy level is. You do you. Make sure if you buy a frozen cheesecake that it is completely thawed or you're going to see how I made my mistake and you're gonna hate life. So make sure it's very thawed.
Now, take (preferably)a small round cookie cutter and cut into your cheesecake making small round circles. Peel away the rest of your cheesecake leaving the round sections. Or, if your cheesecake stays in the cookie cutter each time simply push it out and onto a plate.
Discard the rest of the cheesecake or leave it for your husband or teenage son to devour. I'm sure they won't mind.
Cut the stems off of strawberries and set aside.
Now, if you have a thick whip cream (not cool whip or ready whip) something with some substance get that handy. Or, you can also make vanilla frosting and put it into a piping sleeve. Basically you need something that's going to hold it's shape.
Pipe whip cream or frosting in the middle of each circle. Place one strawberry on top of the whip cream. Then pipe a little "hat" on top of the strawberry tip and that's it! You've made the cutest, fastest, party dessert ever! Enjoy!
