Reluctant Housewife: Chocolate Avocado Pudding
Updated: Mar 21, 2019

Well, they say if at first you don't suceed, try, try again. And, that's just what I did with this chocolate avocado pudding!
After some serious trial and error I've managed to make the most decadent pudding you've ever had. It's like a flourless chocolate cake liquified. It's AMAZING.
What the hilarious Reluctant Housewife episode here and grab the recipe below!
Your,
Reluctant Housewife
Chocolate Avocado Pudding
2 large, ripe avocados
4 ounces melted semi sweet chocolate (10 oz. in chip form)
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
a dash of sea salt
Combine everything into a large bowl and blend like a chocolate salad. Yeah, I used two spoons and tossed it. Then place half into a food processor (if you have one) or a blender.
Blend until smooth and place into another large bowl. Take the second part of the minute, place it into the blender and mix until smooth.
For those of you who watched this episode you know what I'm getting at. Trust me on splitting this up. It gets thick.
Serve immediately as a pudding or place into small jars and serve later as a mousse! Add whip cream on top with raspberries, strawberries, blueberries or pineapple!
Death by chocolate.
