It's the start of another year and I know what you're all thinking... It's time to get healthy again! Because dammit, it's going to be summer before you know it. And, well you just want to feel better from all the holiday food you ate starting in November. I get it. I'm right there with you.
So! Here's a DELICIOUS detox green smoothie that you can make any time of the day for a meal replacement. It's packed full of protein and fiber to keep you full and rev up your metabolism! I love to have this in the morning. It keeps me full and happy until lunch so no more after holiday snacking from brunch anymore.

Detox Green Smoothie Recipe
large handful of spinach
1 tbsp almond butter
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup coconut water
1/4 cup frozen pineapple
1 tsp chia seeds
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
Put everything into a blender and serve in your cutest mason jar.
