Reluctant Housewife: After Thanksgiving Turkey, Brie and Cranberry Sandwich

It's the day after Thanksgiving and you may be wondering what to do with all of your leftovers without slopping them all onto one plate. If you feel like your inner gourmet needs to be heard and you're feeling more like a lady than a slob I have a lovely and refined After Thanksgiving Turkey, Brie and Cranberry sandwich for you!

After Thanksgiving Sandwich
Sliced cooked turkey
Cranberry slaw (see recipe from the main page under Cranberry Slaw)
salt and pepper to taste
Drizzle olive oil on both sides of your bread. Place brie on one side. Add turkey on top of your brie. Toast each side of your bread in the oven at 300 degrees until warm.
Take out of oven after about 5 minutes. Add slaw, salt and pepper and arugula. Add top layer of bread and enjoy!
