Reluctant Housewife: Cranberry Slaw

Thanksgiving is right around the corner and if you're like me you're always looking for a new take on an old tradition. Well, I've got one for you!
My stepmom Colnett makes the most delicious, fresh, zesty cranberry slaw every year for Thanksgiving and I just had to share it with you! I've added a couple of new ingredients to make it my own. But, this is definitely her creation!

1 bag fresh cranberries
1 green apple
2 tbsp pineapple juice
Add an entire apple chopped, the zest and juice of your orange, your pineapple juice and cranberries to a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth. If using a food processor do not added pineapple juice and toss your entirely chopped orange in. It become quite fluffy that way. The blender will need the juice to blend. Both ways are incredible!
