This tart is what you make when you want to look like a pro but don't want to spend the time becoming one. If you're in a rush and need something beautiful to bring to a party or to have at your own, this is the dessert to make!

Rustic Peach and Blueberry Tart Recipe
1 sheet thawed puff pastry
1 sliced peach
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup sugar
Take a frozen sheet of puff pastry and let it thaw completely. Spread out on a sheet of parchment paper. Cut your peach into 1/2 inch slices and place into a bowl. Place blueberries into the bowl with them. Pour sugar into that bowl and swirl around with a spoon until berries and peaches are coated. Pour onto the middle of your puff pasty. Fold over the sides of your puff pastry to cover your fruit, about 2-3 inches leaving the middle of your fruit exposed. Bake at 425 degrees for about 20-25 minutes until puff pastry is golden brown. Eat up!
