Reluctant Housewife: No Churn Homemade Ice Cream
Updated: Mar 21, 2019

It's officially Summer and what better way to kick it off then with homemade ice cream! This no churn, three ingredient recipe will have you going back for seconds and thirds and forth... And, well just don't blame me when you eat the whole thing binge watching in the cool air conditioning. This stuff is dangerous!
Watch the Reluctant Housewife episode and learn how to make it and grab the recipe below!
Your,
Reluctant Housewife
Strawberry Mint and Chocolate Chip No Churn Homemade Ice Cream
2 cups of heavy whipping cream
2 tsp of vanilla extract
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
5 chopped strawberries
5 whole strawberries
10 mint leaves
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Whip your heavy whipping cream until high peaks occur. About ten minutes. Gently fold in the entire can of condensed milk and extract. Blend together your whole strawberries, mint and a little bit of your mixture in to a blender or food processor. Fold in puree into your ice cream mixture. Pour into a loaf pan and freeze for 4-5 hours or over night. At 5 hours your ice cream will have a soft serve consistency and overnight it will be hard. This is addictive ice cream. Beware!
*You can substitute any flavors by changing the extract and toppings. Simply use the whipping cream, extract and condensed milk as a blueprint and make away!
