Reluctant Housewife: Shrimp Tacos

Your Reluctant Housewife,
Shrimp Tacos Recipe
handfull chopped cilantro
1/2 cup chopped cabbage
1 tbsp siracha
1 pound of de-veined frozen shrimp
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp canola oil
salt to taste
Whole wheat flour tortillas
1 avocado chopped.
Mix wet ingredients together to form a pink sauce. Set aside.
Grill or sauté thawed shrimp in olive oil on a medium heat until cooked. About 2-3 minutes. Don't over cook. You'll know you have if your shrimp start shrinking. Turn heat off and set aside.
Sauté tortilla's in canola oil until slightly browned on low-medium heat. About 2-3 minutes per side.
Mix your shrimp in your pink sauce and place inside tortilla. Add sliced avocado on top and cilantro to garnish. Done!
